A little bit about me

Originally from Long Island, NY, I come to linguistics through a love of Russian. I received an A.B. in Russian language and culture from Bryn Mawr in 2012 and completed the Russian Overseas Flagship Program in 2013. I subsequently spent three years doing non-profit work in different cities around Russia and in Washington D.C. for the Eurasia Foundation and American Councils for International Education before beginning my foray into linguistics with an M.A. in Slavic linguistics from Indiana University. Since 2018 I have been in Boston, pursuing a Ph.D. in linguistics at Boston University. My passions include running, Trader Joe’s, Love Island, and hanging out with my dog, Bud.
